That data is governed by the Master Services Agreement and, where applicable, the System Security Plan for that environment, and is treated as the client’s confidential information under those documents.

When you contact us, request a quote, open a support ticket, or become a client, you may provide your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, and billing details. Billing information is processed through our client portal; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our servers and analytics tools record your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

Information from client portal use. When you log into the client portal, we record login activity, support tickets and their contents, and account changes. This is necessary to provide and secure the service.

Information from monitoring. When you use a service we operate for you, our security and monitoring systems record technical events — login attempts, session activity, system health — as part of operating and securing the environment. Where you are a client, the retention and handling of that data is described in your services agreement.
